How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?

Initial consultation: Your initial consultation spans 50 minutes, providing a vital platform for you to articulate your reasons for seeking assistance. This session serves as our introduction, fostering rapport and enabling us to assess our compatibility for collaboration. During this time, I'll gather basic information and inquire about your hypnotherapy objectives, whether they relate to anxiety, confidence building, panic attacks, stress management, phobias, insomnia, or sports performance. Additionally, I'll explain the neuroscience behind your specific concerns and demystify the hypnotic process, which often proves to be more commonplace than commonly perceived. Together, we'll establish an approximate session plan, and you'll receive an MP3 link to a hypnotic induction track to listen to before we start the process.

Subsequent Sessions: Subsequent sessions also span 50 minutes and begin with a review of your progress since our last meeting, emphasizing achievements and positive developments. Following this, we delve into Solution-Focused Therapy questions, which are strategically designed to encourage positive responses and propel you towards your goals. We finish each session with a hypnosis session, renowned for its calming effects and intended to reinforce our therapeutic work.

Phobia therapy: Phobia treatment usually take 4 sessions including the initial consultation.

Smoking Cessation: Smoking cessation is one session which lasts up to two hours and includes the initial consultation part as well. Full client commitment is essential and willpower is required.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is generally a rapid psychological approach compared with other forms of psychotherapy and many clients notice significant changes after 3-6 sessions.

As an advocate for online accessibility, I exclusively conduct sessions remotely, enabling clients to engage from anywhere in the world. Whether you're in Europe, the USA, or beyond, all that's required is a laptop or iPad, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space to focus, ensuring optimal results without disruption.

International clients, please note that I am based in the UK and as such I am governed by UK laws.

How can I get the best results?

Hypnotherapy is effective however, success is not guaranteed. Full client commitment is important. Listening to the hypnosis track between sessions is a vital element in the process and participation is necessary. This will be fully explained during the initial consultation.
